Would my son be okay?

I almost went into preterm labor at 34 weeks... Well exactly a week ago. And I am dilated 2-3 cm & 50 effaced. And I also received the steroid shots. Now I am 35 weeks and I lost some of my mucous plug today. Could my baby be born soon and would he be okay? Any past experience?

He'd be totally fine. Like @Mom2ING said, he might need a little NICU stay, but I doubt it would be long at all.

I have 2 friends that had there baby at 35 wks one was almost 8lbs the other was 5lbs both was jus fine an went home wit mom plus u had steriods so thats great! Dont worry baby will be fine

Yea she did she was having problems with her blood pressure my friend wit the 5lb pound baby had a vaginal birth an she sed it was so easy she sed she jus slid rite out lol!

Totally fine like the others said. I had a 30 wker he spent 53 days in the nicu. He will be 3 this month.

My water broke at 34 wks 5 days and I had my son at 35 weeks. 5Lbs 7 oz. Completely healthy with no time in the nicu. We just had to stay one extra day at the hospital. And i never got steriod shots, He will be just fine hun. Dont stress..
