It's not going to hurt if that's all you have at the moment, it's just not recommended long term. I personally don't use or give milk at all, but that's another story. Lol
@baileygoose I use soy milk or almond milk. I'm trying to completely cut out animal products... I do eat vegetarian, but I'm working on vegan. A plant based diet is full of all the nutrients we need without all the stuff we don't need that's in animal products. (saturated fat, hormones, chemicals & other toxins)
