B6 and B12 help with berth sick. Eat late at night, try not to wake up early. Sleep in and the B vitamins with help with energy so will iron. I'm due Aug 29 I've been sicker than a dog, but that has really helped me to have good days where I don't even feel sick at all. And eat a snack every couple hours helps.February 2011
