Hi, I just seen that your a dietation. Sorry can't spell. Anyways. On krisaf22's post. Sorry to bug you. But I would like your opinion. I'm not pregnant anymore. But when I got preg I was 188. I lost 10lbs during preg. Then when I went for a check a little after baby was born I was 159. I was happy for that lol. Well now I'm 155, and I'm 5'4. I would like to lose a little more weight. But I'm not sure how to lose it. I wasn't even trying before and don't know why I lost all that. But what would you recomend as far as diet to help with losing aprox 20-30lbs? Any advice would be great. Sorry so long.
