First of all, yes I am. A military spouse. Second of all we wouldn't be living off of his savings we would be living off of mine. I did this thing called college so I have a degree. I stood by my husband when he was an e3 and e4. I also don't have e…

thats what i was thinking, thanks for clarifying. i was reading in a couple of places that recruiters would still be recruiting and the commissaries would be open. I was also wondering, for people that do not save, would aer be affected.

and if they didnt get paid would that be considered breach of contract?

She asked a question I answered. People are too darn sensitive. I am a realist. There are so many military members that risk their lives to serve this country, I find it hard to believe the government would cut pay. This isnt the first time theyve t…

im not boasting. i can give my opinion just like you give yours. I am sorry youre not prepared. This has been in the making since last year. The probablility of it actually happening is slim to none. People freak out for no damn reason.

If I were you I would call tricare to get your pcm changed.

Well did they test your hormone level? You normally don't see anything because you are not far along at all. Just calm down you're stressing out before you have info.

Omg I have the opposite problem. I want to smother my husband because he keeps me awake with his snoring!

It has nothing to do with the army. It seems like his commander is not very nice. What is your husbands rank?
-
Its a government shut down. Not just military. I would not worry about it if I were you. There is a large possibility government employees may not get paid but they will make up for missed pay later..... (there needs to be a sarcasm font) no but rea…

Not only that but no self respecting commander would let a service member miss the birth of their child. My husband was put on rear d because of how close my due date is compared to when they go down range.
-
If you know your due date they should schedule r&r around that.

I find it odd the c.o.c isn't putting them on rear d until the baby arrives.
