• I had the same left side pain for 2 days but it ended and i did a pregnancy test and it came out positive so i think i am 4 wks & 4 days but i think you should go see the doctor tomorrow just to be on the safe side , i hope this helped feel bet…

• thank you so much steny , I did another test on monday and it came out positive again but i still should wait on till tomorrow and the sharp pain I ahd on saturday and sunday it went away on its own , but thanks alot for the comments.
