• At Three weeks it is hard to test. All I can tell you is wait a few days and re-test. You sound like you have some symptoms of a pregnant woman but those can also be associated with other things. Give it time.

• I have yet to tell because I lost one and had already told. It's up to you...just know that until you go to the dr you can't be certain of anything.
