• Well after speaking with my midwife she advised not to take anything in first 12 weeks but after thugs I can use a nasal spray. So hope this helps u xx

• Hey, I'm from Wales too. Glad I'm not alone, lol. I'm 7 wks n 1 day n got my first appointment with my midwife this thursday. (its like taking forever for thursday to arrive). I've got 2 children a boy aged 7 n girl aged 5.

• I've had 5 positive tests one being a clear blue digital but doctor still wants mgr to send a test in to him too b sent off. The waiting game its so frustrating. By my dates tho, I will b due 2 january 2012
