It's really hard to tell. Woman walk around for weeks stuck at one point then others have no progress then will just go into labor. There are things you can do to help. Try taking evening prim rose oil. It should help start effacement!

Once your baby is back to birth weight you don't HAVE to wake them up to feed. Feeding on demand is fine!
