• Try Evening primrose oil, capsules. Inserted into vagina just before bed. Two capsules a night. Can go up to 3-4 after week 37. Will soften the cervix. Makes labour faster.

• Hi all, I'm from Tasmania. I am Pregnant with my 3rd. Ill be 31 weeks this Sunday. Nervous for some reason. Have 2 boys. Silas aged 2 and Sirion aged 15 months. Very Happy with my children though. Extra tired. :-)
