My dog can tell that I'm pregnant and acting out because of it. Does anyone know what to do about it? I don't want to get rid of him but if he keeps acting up I might have to. :-(
He destroys things and though he is potty trained without warning he goes on the floor and then calmly walks into his cage like he knows he did wrong but doesn't care. This started a week or so after conseption. The other (smaller) dog has taken to laying as close to my belly as possible, starting about the same time, so I assume the baby is the reason for the bad behavior.
Have u been treating the dog any different. Slight changes in the way we treat our pets really effects them. Make sure u are giving them the same amount is attention and try to train them with a job. My dog since I was 35 weeks hasn't left my side he sits with me and sleeps with me.
I haven't treated them any differently. But shortly after the bad behavior started my bf left for a military thing and has been gone a month. The behavior has gotten worse since then but it started before anything changed. I don't know how to react to it. If I leave him out of his cage alone for more than 5 minutes something bad happens. We live in a very small appartment so its very hard to emotionally handle all that is going on especially with my hormones the way they are.
