most insurance only covers a certain amount of ultrasounds....and if you can hear the heartbeat then there is no real reason to have extra ultrasounds...

Yea I wish I could get one every visit but I've had quite a few already, ill get another april 13th

My doc gave me 3 ultrasounds my last pregnancy...and 3 this one...i think you only get more if they think there's something wrong...but every doc is different

I've had two so far. One at five weeks and another at nine.

I haven't had one yet but I find out the sex next week...I don't care if that's the only ultrasound I get lol

I wish they did that.well they already came out with a Doppler u can purchase n use at home by the time they come out with a Sono machine at home ill be a grandma,lol.
