how do you know if your going into labor?

So at my Dr. Apt today I got my ultrasound and the doc told me that my baby was in the labor ready position. This freaks me out cause I'm only 28 weeks so I was wondering what are the signs of early labor? I don't want to think I'm in labor and not be and vice versa anyone got some tips for a first timer?

the baby gets in 'labor ready position' early so im sure you have lots of time left.

I would suggest posting this question in a different group. Maybe the 2 nd pregnancy group? I don't know that many. Of us first time moms would know the answer to your question ..... I know I don't.... sorry I couldn't b more help
