I'm 4months pregnant and have these back pains on one side of my back anyone have any advice

I'm 6 weeks pregnant. So far I am feeling okay. Just really tired. Nausea comes and goes but no vomiting so I will take that! Still have tender boobs! I could sooo do without that!!! Other then that all is well. I hope everyone is doing well!
