i will ask around about the book, but im in New Jersey, so i wouldnt be surprised if we dont have it. however, i do have lots of other publications on "hope for our dead loved ones" and such
@magcaw ummmm YES! havent you noticed we are the butt of many jokes. Also, super religious people hate our beliefs and attack us. Some believe we dont believe in Jesus and yadda yadda. many misconceptions that cause us to be objects of hatred.
@cinnabon I really hope no one goes there! You have helped me and many others. Finding comfort in religion would help me and does from time to time... but I really love the beliefs you have. That's deffinetly some good grief counseling!
@cinnabon Lol, I suppose. I meant more direct comments, specifically toward you. My friend was a jehovah's witness but she left the faith, so I know a bit about it but not much. I know that my fundamentalist christian sister doesn't believe that anyone but those who think like her are true christians or will have any of the benefits that go along with that, but I thought that that mentality was true of most religions. I am an atheist so, while I know plenty about the bible and such, I am no longer familiar with the way religions themselves work. I usually try to stay away from such topics...people don't often like my beliefs, either.
Im currently a sahm but Ive always worked full time just recently stopped I worked at a casino as a vip hostess vomping out free tickets and dinners to the vips also throwing dinner parties and accompanying some of them in their limos just to make sure thet were taken care of it was the best job ever! Got to meet alot of famous peeps! But I enjoy being home with my 3 kids and one on the way and hubby is a slot tech at the casino!
@magcaw. I tutor elementary school students. Right now im working with one family, 2 boys. They r great!! It's schoolboard funded but in home. The best of both worlds. I was a special rd teacher for about 2 yrs and working on my Masters at the same time. It was awful but since I was a certified teacher I was able to start tutoring. When I was teaching I was certified k-12 in special ed.
No it was demanding and me and hubby couldnt work around schedules so we either never seen each other or never seen the kids plus the casino is like a high school 2000 employees and everyone knows ur business I used to have to go to lunch and dinners alot with clients and hubby was very supportive and understood but everyone else in the casino thought I slept with half of them its very childish there. I once was woken up at 3 am and drove 30 minutes to the casino to take the oldest son from malcom in the middle a milkshake! Lol
@magcaw oh yes, personally too. Not on pregly, but in my everyday life. Not celebrating holidays, objection to war and politics, preaching door to door. so many ppl who swear they have Gods backing and that we are going to hell. Someone always treating me and my kids like we r crazy 8-| whatever. I love my religion and it keeps me sane.

@blissmarie23 I was considering getting the wilson certification for reading once I finish my MEd, but it takes forever. I love tutoring college kids. The only problem I have is trying to explain to ESL students details about the language. They always end up laughing at me while I try to make things make sense to them. I swear some of them come to me specifically because they like a good laugh.
@cinnabon that really sucks. At least you're comfortable in your own skin. I feel bad for people who need to make judgments like that and try to hurt others just because they're different. Sad for them.
i just got a job yesterday!!! but b4 that i was a wonderful amazing house girlfriend who did everyones(sis/bil/bf/mom) laundry dishes cooked and cleaned...

I worked for T-Mobiles marketing department but I was layed off a few months ago.We decided to move out of state a month and a half ago. I want to work so bad but I'm too pregnant now tho get hired. A month after my baby's born I found a marketing position for 'The Ned Show " I'm going to try to get.
@3girls_0boys I haven't tried Google yet but all I have is little blue book on the step by step process of duying... I'll try it. I just thought maybe you who have gone through it might know. The hospice nurse is still available to me if I have questions but I know how busy he is... so I didn't want to bother him if I didn't have to. But I will Google for now. It's hard on my phone though sometimes. Thanks though hun.
SAHM with a 3 year old and one on the way. My husband works with farmers insurance. I used to be a preschool teacher but got prego and stressed lol. Im a happy mommy
