I think you aren't supposed to because of the increased risk of yeast infections. Preggos are more susceptible to them.

I never heard that you can't wear them, the only thing I can think of is if you end up with hemeroids, they would be very uncomfortable then!

I wouldn't trip much if your clean. I wear thongs everyday and refuse to wear full underwear unless its around the house, they irritate me.

Hell lol this is news to me ill be 35 weeks Monday and have worn nothing but thongs.. I'm fine tho and no yeast infections so far (knock on wood) I would say just make sure the liner thing in them is cotton. I've heard ur prone to getting them if there not cotton other than that Idk

I've never heard that you can't wear thongs while pregnant. They sell maternity thong underwear at Motherhood stores.
