@beatrice1436 it is probably in part due to the constipation and part due to the redistribution of the extra weight... especially because your center of gravity is moving and hips are spreading.. theres a little excercise that my doctor told me to do to center my self... start with your hands at your sides feet shoulder width apart.. lean forward as much as possible without taking your heels off the ground or bending at the waste then go back to starting position then lean back as much as possible then starting position... then to the right then center then left and center where you end up is the best posture and position for your center of gravity to not cause stress on your back.. hope this helps..
@wishing4agirl the baby doest move really its more of your uterus stretches to take accomadate the growing child... at 20wks the uterus is just below your naval and your dr will start feeling that area to check the size of baby... and in a few weeks most drs will start measuring your tummy from bottom to top of the bump to estimate size and weight...
weight comes and goes. each pregnancy is different,my daughter I lost a ton and gained all for baby and just water at the end. this time a boy im gaining and loosin lol.
Good post. @jalem. I have a question about how to get my bf to talk with me about the pregnancy. We both know I am pregnant but we haven't talked about it and it caused a fight last night and I slept in our spare room we were supposed to talk today but he left as soon as I got home and Idk how to bring it up. Ugh frustrating I know its not a medical question but since Not having to do this previously and neither of us having gone through it before, and it being unplanned its hard.
@legs2011 I didn't have my first prenatal appt until I was 10 weeks, and that's when I heard the heartbeat. Some people have shy babies, and don't get to hear the heartbeat until almost 15 weeks because it's hard to find.
If you haven't already had blood drawn to check your hgc levels, they should do that. You'll fill out paperwork about your medical history, his medical history, and your menstrual cycle, and get packets of information about what not to eat, cord blood banking, etc. I also got a pap smear at mine, but I hadn't had one 7 years. They might not give you one.
@jamie77 your baby is protected by amniotic fluid. Bending over just causes you discomfort. The spreading hips, the posture changes, and the growing belly just gets in your way.
Ok, last Monday I had brown bloody mucus and went to er where the doc said o was probably loosing my baby. The mucus stopped and I went in on wed and they found the heartbeat. It's now sat and I'm still nervous, boobs are still sore and emotions are high... I'm 14 weeks and just want someone to reassure me x
BAhah no not unless we are big like 3rd tri. We have a lot of padding to protect the baby. I called my doc cryin with my daughter and sed no lie " I think I squashed my baby she isn't moving and all I did was tie my shoes please call me back" my next apt. They played message to me bahah

I don't think we can let it just be anymore its starting to hurt our relationship. And its So hard for me to talk about my feelings But I know we need to get everything out in the open before it becomes worse or more complicated when the baby gets here. I just don't know how to go about bringing it up and talking about it. I'm sure other ladies have had the same problem or maybe any guys have advice to go about it.

And has anyone else not seen their babies heart beat at 5 and 6weeks but finally hear it at 9? I'm really worried what the docs will say on Monday..
