I looked it up for you and everything I found says its safe. It does however contain a lot of salt, so make sure you're drinking enough water so you don't get dehydrated.

It's like heaven to me right now Lol! Didn't know If I'd like the clam in It but I can't taste it....it tastes like a glorified tomato juice with a little zest.:)

LOl! That's Ok.It probably had a lot of sodium in it...I think most of them do. Guess you should Keep your legs propped up for a while and take it easy.:)
