    I'm from Indiana nd it wasn't mandatory but I do remember them asking me to sign a paper tht gives them permission to year for hiv nd yes I sure did sign it even tho I've had my son 2 yrs who nd was tested then nd been with my bd for 5 yrs I rather b safe then sry jst ask ur doc..when is ur next appt? I'm sure we wouldn't mind reminding. U lol I sure dnt have a problem doin so
