  • Bendryl you can take 25mg, advil 600mg, and sudafid cold stuff, But every doctor is different so it best to call your first.
  • This is the cold meds list my doctor gave me. Your doctor may say different. Tylenol Cold, Mucinex D, Theraflu, Robitussin(cough), Actifed, Coricidin(runny nose), Benedryl.
  • I was nothing containing aspirin like advil or aleve
  • Ok thank u! Maybe I'll try and get a holds of my doc! I absolutly can not sleep at night with this cold!

  • Well my doctor said that advil is fine. My doctors have a list of safe meds on there website. and i'm in my second trimester so it is safe.
  • i got one of those vicks things you plug into the wall and it worked AMAZING for me.. some places still sell the vicks shower gells to that are also amazing if youd rather not take anything or benadryl at night and i think she said sudafed through the day but u'd better research the second one befor u take it cuz im not possitive about that one..

  • Thank you for your advice but my doctor told me it is ok as long as your not taking it everyday its fine. Plus my doctor told me i'm in my second trimester. I think i will stick to my doctors advice. Plus i'm pretty sure if they were wrong about the info on there website and something happened to someone's baby they will be sued and out of business.
  • I have always been told that Advil (ibuprofen) is a big no no during pregnancy anytime. This is my 3rd and I have been told the same thing thru each of my pregnancies. But if you @nov_baby want to risk you or your baby's health that is up to you, but you should not be telling others that it is ok, espcially when most everyone here has heard different.

Advil is safe during the second trimester of pregnancy.
Occasional use is okay. Maximum three days in a row.
Do not use Ibuprofen before 12 weeks or after 32 weeks in any amount.
  • @jbandno3 I am just going by what my professional doctor has told me. As long as your not taking it like candy or everything that occasional use is fine and there are ppl out there that can't take Tylenol
