Am i supposed to be lactating yet?? When did your milk/colostrium come in????

I'm 31.2 weeks and I'm just curious to know because I haven't leaked at all. My nips are sore aaaaaall the time and they've become darker lately! And also weirdly more bumpy looking? I've heard the milk won't come in till babies here though?

    I'm on my 4th and have only leaked after babies were here. My breasts sound like yours right now. I'm 31weeks too.

    I'll be 34 weeks on tomorrow and still nothing. Everybody starts at different times. With my son it didn't come in until I was about 38 weeks.

    That's good to know! I was getting nervous because I want to breastfeed so badly. So it's important my stuff works right! Lol

    im 37 weeks and i no it sounds kinda wierd lol but i was curious why mine wasnt leaking and if i squeeze like towards my nipple (kinda like your milking a cow lol) clear and whitish stuff comes out but I still dont leak at all. :)

    I'm excited too! ill be finishing her room in the next few weeks so that when I get to the last month I can just relax :) we are naming our babygirl Haylee Grace! I still have sooo much to get though lol

    If they are sore put cabbage leaves in ur bra, make sure its colllddd :)

    @hayleegracesmommy4 haha mine wont touch mine since he seen me squeeze it and hav milky stuff come out that one time, even though it was really hard to get it to come out lol i thought something was wrong with me cuz they werent leaking like everyone elles.

    I've been leaking colustrum since the end of my first trimester! Lol.. I'm one that gets loooots of milk I started leaking with my first at 5 months.

    I am 27 weeks and if I squeeze or push on mine colustrum comes out! It just happened like 2 days ago! It was weird but this is my first. I knew it would happen just not this soon lol

    @homebirthadvocate THANK YOU! :) Thats great advice! I will definitely do that, and I am sure my hubby will be willing to help, he has been gone for a month in training for military and comes home next week to see me and my big ol belly haha
    @kcoolzchic thats too funny! And ironic! lol Ya....earlier I tried seeing if something would come out and nope, nothing yet...but I am sure its just too early!

    Mine started when i was 22w but only if i pushed on them now I'm 26w and i woke up this past weekend with it leaking on its own right threw 2 shirts lmao i was pissed now i can see it in my bra when i take it off at night its weird my new nickname from my bf is "The Lactaitor"

Hopefully if I keep talking about it mine will come in then hahaha jk I just want to know that my boobies are working properly and my milk WILL come in so I can feed my little girl! Ive known sooo many women that have had a hard time breastfeeding and I just dont want this to be the case for me. lol
