can anyome tell me why you shouldn't drink fluids the night before you test with a hpt ?

I've heard this somewhere about not drinking any fluids the night before you test your first morning urine.
What's up with that?

    It just to ensure you get the most concentrated urine possible. It will make sure you get the best results. You can drink a glass of water just don't drink so much that you will dilute the urine. Good luck :)

    I'm just not trying to have anything ruin my chances of an accurate test.
