ok so im just over 34 weeks pregnant and today i have been getting some horrible pains! in my lower back and like every now and again really tight sharp pains in my lower stomach! i thought they were braxton hicks but then everyone says they should not hurt! these hurt a lot when they happen! my stomach feels really hard and tight?! has anyone else experienced this??

    Do they change or stop when you move around?

    not really! i had them earlier and when i stood up i could barely walk then they stopped and now im sat down on the sofa and they have come back. When i try to move it hurts too much so i am tryin to stay still!

    sounds like contractions.. better call the doc mama could be time for baby ;) 34 weeks is not ideal but he/she will be fine.. they could also stop so dont worry to much.

    time them too.. like how long they last and then how long they stop for.

    i have rung my doc and have to wait for someone to call me back! typical that the one time i have had to ring the docs office there is no one there for me to talk to! i hope everything is ok!
