help keep leaking but dont breastfeed

I had really sore painful enlarged breast that past within 2 or 3 days but I have been leaking like crazy since Thursday. Any tips how to dry up the milk? I been wearing a snug tide bra day and night and wrap them as well so any other tips welcome. Thanks

Cabbage leaves I heard work well. Idk how but the doctor told me it works.
