13 days late :/ should i take a test ??

Ok. I had my last period on dic.28 & it hvnt come yet ( im not waiting it tho lol ) im irregular but never took this long. I hvnt take a test yet cuz the last 4 i hv made were negative so i dnt want to make my hopes up this time like i did before. I cnt sleep at nights but i can sleep all day i have gases at night & im kind of moody with my bf sometimes for no reason. Also when i have to pee i almost have to run lol . Should i take a test or just wait a few more days ?? :$ ( im from puerto rico ; sorry for my spelling lol ) thank u in advance & God bless you all ((:
