Sleep?

I can't sleep! And stpped taking my melatonin due to my pregnancy.plz help. Oh my boobs r super sore!killin me.I'm only 4weeks 6 days and my hcg level is only 53. I'm having another blood draw done tommorow to make sure its doubling....i went to Er cuz cramping pretty bad. No spotting.is anyone havin any of these probs?

My boobs killlledddd me at first! Now they just grow like crazy! & I never sleep. At first I was constantly tired. But now I sleep three-four hours, then I'm wide awake. I haven't been sick or had any of the other problems though!
