Mukous plug

Is it ok to swim after you lose your mukous plug? Or have sex?

    I hope so lol I have been Im guessing I'm still in the process of losing mine ther has been barely any blood in it??

    Ok cool thanks I really want to go swimming lol even though i know for a fact none of my bathing suits r gna fit lol im 39weeks 4days lol
