where is your new baby going to sleep??
We live in a two bed room apartment and have no idea where baby will sleep. My husband thinks baby should sleep in our room but I dislike the idea. I like the idea of being close for breastfeeding, but I hate the idea of never having sex again Haha.
our daughters room is very small, and I wouldn't want the baby to sleep in there with her anyway, for safety resons. I was thinking I could turn my home office into a baby corner, but its in the dining room.
anyone else in a similar situation?

we had a very very rocky sexy life in the beginning because of my past and then when I got pregnant with our first it got worst...it got much better within the past year and I would HATE for it to get ruined again!
When the baby is asleep they are none-the-wiser to your intimacy. Having our first in our room actually made our sex life better & more interesting; it forced us to sometimes look beyond the confounds of our bed & be creative... it's never been better!
for you, have you thought about putting the crib in your daughter's room and getting a net (kinda for toddlers who attempt to constantly climb out of crib, etc). it goes on top of the crib. that way you won't have to worry about your other little one finding ways to put things in the crib or taking the baby out, etc. I keep the baby in her crib during day naps and at night she will be in the bassinet beside me, in our room. this way i can breastfeed in the night, she sleeps, i sleep better knowing i can hear if something goes wrong and after 3 months, whether we are ready or not, baby has to go in crib. (since the bassinet is only made for babies up to 3 months, or before)
If they are in their bassinette, its not like they can sit up and see what's going on, but if you're uncomfortable, you could always let baby sleep in the pack n play in the dining room on nights you want to be intimate. I don't think I could have sex if we were cosleeping, but it didn't bother me when she was asleep in her bed in the same room.
I thought id be able to convince hubby to move when we found out..but no luck!
