Im pretty sure they are ok just not as hot as you would usually like it, gota be careful of your body temperature. im not sure abouy the spotting I would def call your doctor, it could be just finally coming out from when the embryo attached itself to the wall of your uterus. Not sure I would call your doctor though!
@katlily i was always told the exact same thing, not to take baths, as much as we could use one during pregnancy, its been a belief that it does or can increase your chances of an infection. but also it can relax the body too much.
im sure the brownish spotting is bleeding from implantation, generally implantation bleed is brownish or pinkish doesnt last more than 48 hrs or so and may even have slight cramping. i would call the dr, stay off my feet, drink plenty of water, rest and relax
I don't think a bath is really gonna hurt as long as it isn't too hot. Im going through aqua therapy and im in a heated pool for 30 mins and I have to do it at least once a week. I've even had the jet faced toward my hip to help with pain and I really doubt they would do this if it would cause harm to my baby. And I've been fine. It definitely is helping with the pain in my hips and legs.
