help to dilate cervix....

So I'm only 1cm and my Dr will induce me in 6 days (june 23) if I open up some more,
Any tips on how to help this process

    Evening primrose oil may help. You insert 1-3 gel capsules as close to your cervix as you can possibly get before bed each night. It will help to soften the cervix which will help you to dialate more :)

    I guess I'm retarted or have short fingers cause i can't find it. Mine gas benefit soft for 10 weeks now so wash just curious what of feel like
