I think I'm a bit bigger, but its like a round ball just at the front. It's my second too and apparently you grow quicker and bigger with 2nd and subsequent babies! I was 22 weeks yesterday and suffering, its really hot in UK at mo I just wanna lay in a cold bath all the time but I got work and then a doctors appointment later. Boo!!!
