Terrible heart burn at 21,6. I haven't had this with any of my other pregnancies (3) expect this one and I rarely got it at all except for once or twice out my whole life it hurtsssss and it comes like every two minutes

I used to chew gum after eating most things which I like to think helped cut down on it-they say the extra saliva helps. Milk or chocolate milk sometimes helps. Some people say bread but that never works for me. There have however been a couple nights where I had to sit in the chair until it went away completely.

It really stinks because pizza gives me heartburn, even just a couple bites which means the family has to suffer lol no easy pizza dinner nights here anymore lol
