If ur breast start leaking before the baby comes does that mean u are more likely to produce milk / be able to breastfeed? I am asking BC I had breast reduction in 2004 and was told I may not be able to breastfeed BC of the incisions. I am 20 weeks 2 days and Just started leaking from my nipples so I am hoping that means everything got put back together correctly. Anyone know of a correlation b/w early leaking and success rate or nursing?

I really don't have any real clue but it is a good start . Just wanted to say talk to a food lactation consultant and also good luck hope all goes well.
