My doctor started me counting at 28 weeks.

I haven't been told to when yet and I'm 31w tomorrow. I know how my baby moves so I probably won't do them.

I started at 25 weeks. Just so I could feel better about makin sure she was moving enough. I'm 28.4 weekss now

The doctor told me to at 26 weeks, but I haven't even needed to. I'd have a smaller number counting the minutes in a day that she doesn't kick. LoL.
