@letysfirst... How can I make my little girl turn... Shes been head down my whole prego and i feel her at the top of my vajay now. I cant even get good ultrasound pics, just of her body. Help!
@dawnwaarsbaby how far along r u? Do u want her head to be up?? I wouldnt want to turn my baby if she already head down, don't wanna risk it for delivery day lol
I don't think its a safe way at all, but turns out my son dropped cause a quarter stick of dynamite went off right next to me and scared the sh*t out of him. When I stood up, I could barely walk. And the next day when I went to my doctors appointment it turned out he dropped!
The only safe thing I've heard of that can help is walking, because it supposedly opens up the pelvis & gently moves things around. You might try that... the dynamite could be plan B, lol
It won't help baby drop but when my baby was making it hard to breathe I would do some pelvis tilts and side stretches from my prenatal yoga dvd. I would feel better afterwards.
