  • I think its a great idea n think the ppl who hate it so much are the ppl who kids annoy the hell out of everyone else there will always be places to take your kids if I pay for a babysitter to go have adult time with my man n I'm leaving my child I surely dnt want to deal with someone else's child its good to have choices other than a club also..u can always not go if you think they are being unfair! N it is teens adults who act worse than toddlers they can easily be put out but how weird is it to put a baby out for crying they suppose to, r throwing food etc its a difference I just see it as them trying to avoid a lot of drama!
  • Some parents, "some" dont bother to tell their kids anything, they let them do whatever they want, scream as loud as they want, so I dont blame them, outdoor places is fine, kids places, but like theaters, small quiet restaurants, stuff like that its understandable... We'll jyst keep taking our kids to chuck e cheese n all then other fun kids places :)
  • i totally agree with @laura536
  • @firsttimemommytobe so true.....my hubby and I took our 5 year old to the movies and he was better behaved than 4 kids in front of us who were probably 15 years old......
  • @CarrieLee, I totally love you for saying that! My whole time working has been in customer service, and very often the children of said customets were MUCH more pleasant to work with.
  • I personally think movie theaters (pg13 and up) is a wonderful idea! Along with some restaurants! I would love to go out just me & the hubby & not have to deal with screaming kids when I left my, mostly well behaved, child at home!!

As far as airlines I think banning them from first class is fine & I doubt grocery stores will ever ban kids that's just dumb!
  • Ah tell me about it I went to a restaurant in downtown with my husband. Well I was in the hospital 2 days postpartum of a c section with my son; on our 3 anniversary. well when he was two months we had not gone anywhere at all so my husband thought he would take me out to dinner. Well it was supposed to be a one on one but was so attached to my newborn baby that I refused to leave him. I convinced him it would be nice to have a dinner as a family for the first time. Well we got there and my husband help me get the car seat out and we went inside. My husband said his name (he had a reservation made along time ago!) Well turns out babies weren't allowed!!! I was so pissed!!!! I was actually furious! We ate at olive garden
