Hard painful belly?

For the past two days my belly has alternated between soft and hard and has been very painful. I know some soreness is normal but this is pretty painful and interrupts my day. Also liam hasn't been kicking as much the past two days he started up again. I'm 22w4d Any ideas?

Sounds like braxton hicks to me but if youre concerned you could call your doctor.

I didn't think you could get them at 22 weeks should I be worried? It hurts at the top of me belly:(

My docter told me that braxton Hicks happen through out your pregnant some people feel them earlier then others.

Yeah Braxton Hicks and start pretty early in the pregnancy. I've hear as early as 11 wks. I started getting them about 16wks myself.
