Aww yay! I don't know if yes or no is the answer but im excited for you. Im a plus size mama and i didn't feel them till i was about 15+ weeks

9 weeks is a little early! I'm not really sure you can feel it that soon..

Is this your 1st? Are you super thin? I mean I guess it may be possible but its really not likely
