Do they do them automatically or only if they think the baby needs one?

    Only if they think you need them or if u have gestational diabetes or high blood pressure I just asked because I had diabetes with my daughter and had them and I don't have it now so I don't need them with this pregnancy

    Yea only if they see a reason to be concerned.. I've had 2, last one bc my babys heart rate kept dropping while they were doing the doppler it went fron the 140s to 110
