I just found blood in my 3week old stool..its like dots mixed with the poop..im exclusively breast feeding..

Blood in the stool is not normal hun, baby should be seen to check things out soon and bring a diaper with the bloody stools in with you.

His poop its very loose..and he seems comfortable..im gonna call doc on call..

Cut out dairy and see if that helps, my son had the same prob. But be sure to check with doc too

@janet_2011 i called doctor, he said to make an appointment to see him tomorrow n to bring stool with me..thank you for your concern hun..@ bahamamama4828 i eat lots of cereal with milk n eat lots of cheese..but he has been fine this whole time..:/ i love my cheese..

Oh I forgot to add in addition to the milk it was also a foremilk hindmilk imbalance, I had too much foremilk and had to pump a little before each feeding.
