My baby has acid reflux so he needs rice cereal in his bottle, so I'm just trying to be extra careful. My pediatritian told me yesterday no caffiene or garlic, so idk
@homebirthadvocate I have a question..how come while I was bf I made lots of milk so much that my daughter started to choke on it so I started pumping and bottle feeding my breast milk now my supply has gone way down.
I nursed her for 3 weeks... and have been bottle feeding for a week. Maybe I should go back to just brestfeeding? I tried today and she still choked on it but my boobs don't get engorged anymore like before if I bottle fed her a feeding before pumping my boobs would be super hard until I pumped. @homebirthadvocate
i agree with @HomeBirthAdvocate (I am a midwife as well! ) hand express a little or pump a tiny bit and try diff positions, some moms have an overactive letdown (i am an LC as well ) @lily_glz
