I need advice on a new cheap affordable phone I prefer prepaid I want to break my contract and get an unlimited plan... I've heard straight talk is Good and gets service just about everywhere... any other suggestions???

straight talk is alright..it is cheap $45 for unlimited everything but the phones arent the best and the internet sucks on it

I switched from t-mobile to Straight Talk in August and i'm on the $45 unlimited everything plan...so far I have no complaints. The only thing is like @bahamamama4828 said, the phone selection isn't all that great, I got mine offline, because I didn't like the ones in the store. But as far as prices $45 is a good deal for me, especially since I have my baby girl on the way and I have other things I could be spending the extra money on..

Well if ur north straight talk is Verizon if ur south its t- mobile its good I've used it before I have Sprint now I went from straight talk to Verizon to Sprint and metro sucks there customers leave them a lot for t-mobile I work for them at the moment well a service partner. Hope this helps

Oh and u can keep ur number too just get accnt number or pw call the new company and port it.the number has to be active before porting though

Straight talk is amazing I had the eluded keybord phone it works I just wanted a smart phone and the phone always works bat life was good too

In our city its verizons towers ur using and Wisconsin Verizon too

@darknesofnight4u they have a Samsung galaxy (smart phone) I have that with us cellular but if I can't get it cheaper I thinking going to try it did your elude have internet how did that work if you did??? Thanks for all the info everyone!!!

By Chicago rockford area we only have Sprint tmobile and ATT and Verizon little companys straight talk Walmart family mobile and tracfone and cricket
