My water broke at 1130 pm, and contractions started at 12. I was expierncing back labour all day before my water broke. I was in labour for 14 hours, and only had half hour of pushing. I had no pain meds and was in sooo much pain!!! I kept pushing when I wasnt suppose too, but I really couldnt help it. I must say I was in so much pain I dont know how I managed.
At 230 pm caidence scarlet rivard arrived in this world weighing 5 lbs and 10 oz. She is full term just tiny like mommy. Daddy and mommy couldnt be happier!

Back labour for me was constant lower back I could sleep, or sit. And with contractions it got worse and stuck around longer same with the contractions felt like eternity
Once I hit 38 weeks I did the bouncing ball and the nesting, and sex just once. Throughout the whole pregnancy I walked and biked.
