thank u ladies, im very happy to finally get a chance to be a mother. Shes such a good baby u guys but shes sorta having a problem with latching on now bc I think she may like the bottle better bc I didnt get to see her right away after my c section then after she was cleaned they took her bc her sugar level was down bc I had gd but im trying hard ladies to breastfeed, any good suggestions??? Ohhh and she has lots of soft beautiful silky hair
@babynumber02 lol about stalking my thread but thank u & shes worth all the pain!!!! And im glad that I made the decision to get a c section bc my tubes was wrapped around her neck twice but before I made the decision I was sad & crying bc I really wanted to have had her vaginally n do the whole skin to skin experience:( hubby didnt understand y tho....lol ughhhh men!!!
Lol! I'm sorry you missed that. But you did what was best for her. I took baths with my son. I only put a small amount of water in the tub and I would lay him on my chest with a warm wet wash cloth on him to keep him warm. It reminded me of the skin on skin. You can do that with her to give you a mock feeling
Just keep trying to give her the boob. She is still fresh so I believe she can get the latch right. Do they have a lactation specialist in the hospital? Is she not opening her mouth wide enough? My lil girl was put on right when she came out but she was so tiny and because I was using the same method I used with my first I was putting too much boob in her mouth. Its gonna hurt regardless if you are doing it right or not in the beginning I just say keep trying and take advantage of the nurses to help you. I was directed to call the nurse when I got moved to the post room so they can see if I was doing it right.
Thank u ladies im still at the hospital. Havent been on pregly much but will update more when im at home. Im still in pain from my c section. I couldnt stand up to walk I cried til I got meds. Nyla is takin the breasts but my nipple is hurting real bad. Ill post more pics later @tricesbaby everyone in the hospital fights over carrying her. They think shes so pretty n she has alot of hair.

Those are four new pics. Me & Nyla is still at the hospital recovering. Im learning how to walk again on my own. Im still in alot of pain. Nyla is in the nursery getting treatment under the light due to her skin being yellowish I hope we get to go home soon. Sorry if I hadnt replied back or update much but its just so much going on right now n im so restless but happy to have my baby. Hope u enjoyed the pics I will update & go thru my thread once im home thanks ladies.
