how do i know if this is my period?

I'm 5 weeks pp today and I started bleeding again today. After I gave birth I bled until 2ish weeks pp...then at 3 weeks pp I was kinda just spotting. And at 4 weeks I stopped bleeding. So is this my period or more pp bleeding?
