  • Well I don't use the bottle only when I was in hospital, but I can definatly relate to the pads...ugggh sick of changing pads /pantyliners !!
  • Ya I quit the bottle when I left the hospital. I still used the dermoplast and which hazel pads for a few days when I got home. And used the sitz bath for 2 days.
  • I kind of like the bottle I was so sore and tha warm water kind relive my pain
  • Really the nurse was like you have to do this for six weeks. I mean with my first I was tore up not literally tore but my cooch was so hurt it was literally 3weeks of hell and I continued to use my bottle for about 4 weeks because I was so raw I had a big boi! This time I don't hurt so much its more internally. But I thought I had to do this routine for 6 weeks lol. I'm tired of it. And some days I don't bleed then I do the next! I know I been doing more than I should but I feel so much better after this birth than the first so I'm always moving. Need to sit my ass down by the end of the day I am bent over in pain and 600mg of ibprofin don't do shit. With my son I was taking 1800mg of it to get through the pain.
  • I Quit The Bottle After Hospital To & I Love The Pads Lol :)
  • Im still doing the squirt bottle, witch hazel pads, hydrocortisone, dermoplasts, & damn pads also & its only been 2 weeks! Im only going to do it for 2 more its so frustrating having to carry all that stuff everywhere I go!
  • oh tell me about it! im 5 weeks pp and still having to wear pads. i gave up on the squirt bottle and started using wipes instead. i was using the derma spray up until about last week but i got about 10stitches so thats y lol

  • @QweenNique ya more painful than annoying, i couldnt wear jeans for almost a month, i lived in pjs lol. and omg sitting in a car was unbearable!
  • I haven't had my baby yet but I'm dreading the pads!!! I feel so dirty when wearing one.
  • @jazzi89 that's how I was with my first but no stiches I was just really sore and raw I had to buy a doughnut to sit on. @sands3 I feel the same way about a pad and it starts irratating me also. I wear always infinity because they are super thin but they are starting to irratate me from just skin on skin contact. Most of the time I am not bleeding so I just have it on.

  • Lol ^^^^ I agree
Ughhh I had to do all that with my first the Same exact steps u mentioned. Sucked so bad. Not looking fwd to that part at all. I freaking hate pads n all that crap.
  • In Australia you dont get a spray bottle or numbing anything... You just gotta suck it up. I bled for 10 weeks straight pp with my son because my doc put me on the mini pill which didn't agree with me and I didn't realise that was the cause till I stopped taking it.... Will be nice to just bleed for the normal time span this time lol

  • Sitz baths are amazing! They are this little plastic thing u can put on the toilet with warm water u sit in because u can't take a regular bath
  • u can generally find them at the pharmacy if the hospital didn't supply u with one
