birthing ball! did it help your baby decend..? update!

im 37wks and 3days so ive started my naturl labor induction. not really agressive cause its still early.. but just things that are supposed to help your body get started.. anyone else done this and actually work.. my methods are the ball, rasberry tea, EPO, and an hour long walk a day.. the walking has been consistant…
