My son is breaking out

Some idiot wiped my babies face with a baby wipe, idk if that's the reason for his breakout but I'm pretty sure it is. How do you treat a babies face for break outs, r do I just let it clear up on it's own

Babies get baby acne anyways I noticed my sons face always looks so nice after a bath! And if he had a little acne after the bath it would clear up by morning

They have acne baby bath stuff in the baby aisle. Thats all I know
