Congratz momma! your not alone the same thing happened to me! Some advice for recovery... As soon as they let you, try to walk at least to the bathroom. Hold a pillow on your stomach for coughing or laughing to brace incision. Drink warm liquids to help pass gas.there wil be lots of gas. As soon as they let you shower do so, and dont be afraid to stay in there and relax. take all the pain meds they offer you, as soon as you let them wear off you'll be sorry, also it will help you get moving more. By the second day take a small walk, even if it's just to the nursery and back. Last but not least sleep every moment you can, and if visitors are to much just tell them you dont feel good and need to rest. GOOD LUCK!
