Any Ladies that can help? Or opinions?

My boyfriend and I had intercourse before, during, and after my ovulation cycle. A little over a week after ovulation I started having some light spotting discharge, then around the time my period was suppose to show I started bleeding, but not enough to fill even 1/2 a pad, and this "cycle" is very very different. Its bright bright red, with no cramps at all. I have been a little nauseous and dizzy since the week after ovulation. What Im asking is should I test just to be sure? My mom and several other woman bled while pregnant, and since this "cycle" is so different, Im wondering if I should test to be safe. Thanks Ladies!!

I would test. U could be having implantation bleeding and not ur period since its so different.

@Kingsmama I think its a little too late for implantion bleeding and a bit too heavy for that, but the bf says to test too....

Either way it can't hurt. The worst that can happen is u get a negative and u wasted a little money on it.

I would test. Just because I'm one of "those" women who had their "period" for 3 months while pregnant. Imagine my surprise when I had my 1st us to find out I was 16 wks not like 4-6 wks like I had thought.

i agree with @tiff87124 Sounds to me like your cycle is changing. I dont think youre pregnant.

I tested after just about every period. I always stocked up on those $1 tests from Dollar General. Cheap, and they work well. Ask for em at the counter, they keep em behind the cash register :DD lol

@tiff877124 and @Mimii36 Thank You Ladies, It could just be changing, but in 8 years of having it and 2 mixcarriages it has never changed, so its confusing.

@blessedbe_x3 and @Jacobsbabymama Thank You Ladies!! I think Im going to test just to be safe, especially given my family history and pregnancy.

Yea its never too late for your cycle to change. Even if it has been consistant so far. Our bodies are forever changing & many things can contribute to your cycle being off.

@Everyone my bright red blood has stopped and now its just a little bit of lightish pinkish brown when I wipe....what is going on with me? but I'm still going to test to be sure.
